Strawberry Cheesecake Salad

This is probably my favorite fruit & whipped cream type of salad right now. It's delicious and easy to make. I've had several people ask for this recipe at potlucks so here it is. It's made the same way my Pina Colada Salad is made with yogurt, whipped topping, and pudding.

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad
by Chelsey W.

12 oz. whipped topping
1 small package of cheesecake pudding (powder)
3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurts (I use Yoplait)
1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
3 bananas, sliced (add just before serving or they brown)
miniature marshmallows (add just before serving)

Thaw whipped topping and in a large salad bowl stir together whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder. Let this set up in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Wash and slice strawberries. You can add strawberries to salad or wait to add them with sliced bananas and marshmallows just before serving. Keep refrigerated.

  10. I'm not sure exactly how many servings this makes. It fills a medium sized glass serving bowl that I take to potlucks. It will feed quite a few people.

  12. Made this salad for my niece's shower yesterday - it was GONE in no time...SO tasty, so easy and quick to put together - thank you so much for the post. I used sugar free pudding and lite Cool Whip and Lite Yoplait so it kept the sugar down for those of us who need to watch our sugar intake. It was just FAB-u-lous!

  15. Made this with low fat/sugar free versions of the ingredients and it was still super yummy!! I recommend waiting until last minute to add marshmallows otherwise they dissolve and give it all a weird texture-which I've always noticed in this kind of salad. It was definitely a crowd pleaser!

  17. this is so delicious! I've been looking for a recipe for quiet some time on pinterest but everyone I thought I found was blocked due to spam. So I am extremely happy to have this recipe and just made it for the kids. I changed a few of the ingredients since I did not have strawberry yogurt or strawberry pudding. Instead I used lemon pudding and peach yogurt. Still fantastic! Thank you for posting this recipe!

  18. Sounds super yummy, I think I will try this as a side dish for Easter dinner. Also, a quick tip I use often is to make the salad and pour the marshmallows on top, but don't mix them in until you’re ready to serve the salad, it keeps them from getting soft & mushy.
